make it exist first then play with it. planning, strategizing, all else other than just "doing it" is like adding another failure point because on a whim you may fuck it and table it.
once you make it exist, you can feel it, play with it. it may inspire you to just polish it, or even tilt and twist it.

docked @muse on my mac now and i now use chatgpt only for images/code.
nothing personal life use case really remains on gpt.
what i’m learning is these general AI use cases (not code) don’t really hold any moat. they are very easy to switch. gemini grok claude all about the same at a glance.
then the real moat is tested. my conclusion:
- eventual network effects
- unfair edge: unfairly tight integration with meta’s own suite of products: instagram management, meta ads, market place.
^nobody else can touch those as deeply as they can because meta literally owns them all

when i buy public company stocks, it's pretty simple.
if i find myself using it and loving it, i buy more.
if i find myself using it less, i sell.
majority of consumers:
"instinct and muse can do ~same thing. but muse is faster. and they know my insta stuff"
tech nerds in their bubble:

consumers are not gonna sit there and compare them side by side feature by feature.

meta had many less known experimental products that clearly did not have pmf. their distribution was proportionally shy.
this time with a clear pmf with @Muse you are witnessing how aggressively they can leverage their distribution + capital to spread a retentive product.
