Screen → Select → Train → Legal Entry → Integration Screen for security, skills, education, health and employability. Admit qualified applicants legally and in controlled numbers. Train others for jobs in Mexico and encourage U.S.–Mexico private investment and manufacturing around these communities. A great nation needs both a gate and a filter. An open border cannot distinguish people. A closed border may reject people America needs. A smart border keeps threats out while identifying talent worth welcoming in. America’s greatest demographic advantage is that millions of ambitious people still want to become Americans. Don’t waste that advantage.
