BTC funding has heated up.
BTC perpetual funding on Coinbase has jumped to 0.0034%, or roughly 29.8% annualised; nearly 5x its 7-day average.
Todayโs print is among the highest visible over the past 90 days, exceeded by the June 4 event.
As BTC moves higher, the cost of maintaining leveraged long exposure is rising with it, putting funding and positioning back in focus.
