I got my neighbor’s ballot. But not my own. My husband got his ballot. Mine is missing. If someone else’s ballot can end up in my mailbox while mine ends up who-knows-where, I think it’s fair to ask serious questions about the reliability and security of voting by mail. This is ridiculous.
