Given current demand for datacenter techs, inclined to believe this isn't a fill for an existing vacancy.
Also keep in mind $NBIS has optioned 40MW of total capacity at this site. Till date it has only occupied between 20-28MW.
Patmos too has gone dark with updates ever since they announced a new facility in the region, likely to avoid angering locals further with knowledge that they already have one datacenter in the area.

a 25bps hike isn't enough to stop the market. in 2022, we had 5.25%+ of rate hikes forecasted to get inflation under control. we're now forecasting maybe 1-2 more rate hikes into an oil/supply shock, but it's just cover to lower long-term yields
