Data centers must:
✅ Pay their own way
✅ Bring their own power
✅ Reuse their own water
✅ Reduce electricity costs for Texans
✅ Protect Texas neighborhoods

One year ago today, more than 100 lives were cut short in Kerr County and even more across Central Texas due to devastating flash floods.
Tonight, I joined the Symphony of the Hills and read the names of 119 lost souls. We must never forget them.
The Kerrville community rose from this tragedy the same way our nation has risen from every trial.

Today’s Supreme Court decision is a missed opportunity to restore the original meaning of the 14th Amendment.
Birthright citizenship has become a powerful magnet for illegal immigration that will forever change our nation if left unaddressed. Automatic citizenship for children born to parents in the United States illegally or only temporarily is an absurdity that was never contemplated by our Constitution nor agreed to by the American people.
Congress must clarify that American citizenship means something and does not extend automatically to children whose parents are in this country unlawfully or temporarily. The American people and the sovereignty of our nation deserve nothing less.

Texas board approves Bible stories as required reading in public schools.
Talarico says he hates Christianity.
He also says he’s going to win Texas.
Not gonna happen. PERIOD.
The Texas Supreme Court rules, for now, that Harris County cannot use tax dollars to fund illegal immigrant legal challenges to deportation.
That is not a function of county government.
It’s just another example of wasteful spending by local governments that must end.

Huge decision by the Supreme Court.
SCOTUS got this right.
Temporary means temporary.
BREAKING: The Trump administration scores another major win with the Supreme Court today as it clears the way for the White House to end Temporary Protected Status for hundreds of thousands of migrants from Haiti and Syria.
The decision lifts lower court orders that had blocked the move, allowing DHS to move forward with ending the legal protections, @ShannonBream reports.
The administration argues the program was always meant to be temporary and says immigration officials, not judges, should decide when those protections end.
