NAV is a simple formula. Assets minus liabilities, over units. The math isn't the hard part.
The hard part is finding and valuing positions across 15+ chains and 40+ protocols, then producing a number an auditor will sign.

On identical complex wallets:
Zerion resolved 48%. Octav resolved 100%.
Zerion doesn't error on what it can't read. It just leaves it out and hands you a smaller, confident, wrong number.

Now the assets
The winddown proposal states that the managed treasury is currently worth at least $9M. At current prices, I calculate roughly $8.75M excluding BAL. And it's not a shitcoin portfolio: around $5M is in stables, with most of the rest in ETH and AAVE
I also found the official Balancer governance multisig:
0x10A19e7eE7d7F8a52822f6817de8ea18204F2e4f
It currently holds an additional ~$1.6M in ETH wrappers
So the currently identifiable assets are:
$8.75M + $1.60M = $10.35M
A proposal to wind down Balancer and distribute the treasury to BAL holders is live on the forum, authored by Marcus Hardt. Discussion is open; a Snapshot vote is expected to happen from 25 to 29 September.
Nothing changes today: pools and withdrawals work as they do now. Any wind-down action waits for the vote.
Counting restaked ETH like spot ETH is arithmetically defensible and operationally misleading.
It sits behind withdrawal delays and slashing risk. Active, queued, claimable are three different things.
Why restaking is tracking hell:
Only 1 of 9 portfolio APIs actually decodes an on-chain options book. The rest see the collateral and stop.
On one wallet, that was $402k vs the real $1.33M. Not a rounding error, a different portfolio.
Why options break tracking:
Swap right inside your Octav dashboard.
The @lifiprotocol swap widget is now live. Any token, any chain, no leaving the app.
Track your portfolio and rebalance it in the same place.
