the magic of personal agents can be boiled down to two things: - connections to all of your tools - good memory "memory" is not a single system though! in this post i break down my take on the 3 key pieces to a great memory system for personal agents

alright, who escaped containment this time
as you become more ambitious with coding agents, delegation becomes increasingly important the new "suggested task" feature in @openclaw gives your agent a tool to do this for you if the agent identifies a sufficiently well-scoped piece of work, it will recommend kicking off a new session to work on it

@openclaw team has been spending a ton of time on UX polish recently, including some fun easter eggs eg adding support to render custom icons for macbooks/mac minis/mac studios 🍎

this paper has fundamentally changed how i view agentic software engineering. so much of the current discourse is what the next 3-6mo looks like, but Ty and the Disintegrator folks have managed to zoom out and paint a clear thesis as to what the next 3-6 years might look like. my favorite takeaway from the paper was the "neurotic governor" - the idea that the output of a software factory is limited by the "neurotic governor's" need to understand all the outputs

great use case for multiplayer agents is to "pre-compute" work, eg pull request reviews for example, at @openclaw we built a dashboard + automation to: - monitor community discord for PR review requests - assign to a maintainer - kick off a team session automatically

Dashboards are one of the most versatile new features in 2.0 release of @openclaw During the Weekly Clawcast with @steipete we had questions on how to get started with Dashboards tl;dr - just prompt your agent "make a dashboard" It's a power tool for team loops, eg triaging + swarming on issues

1/ OpenClaw 2.0 is out - we're excited to have worked with the @openclaw team to bring a first-class computer-use experience directly into OpenClaw. Now you can put that experience to work: launch an OpenClaw desktop fleet on Cua Cloud Fleets, with native computer use built for multi-player agent workflows:

One of my favorite features in @openclaw 2.0 is our shared canvas HTML is all you need, but multiplayer HTML with chat is even better!
API key fallback w/ capped spend in @openclaw is such a solid setup shame that you can't do this in codex/claude
We need to get away from software that we can’t change with a prompt.

Are your seams really load-bearing if the fix wasn't genuinely canonical?
great read on how different harnesses approach building skill catalogs in openclaw we limit skill name/description/ to 2% of the context window and then gradually degrade (eg shorten descriptions) it works, but feels like there is room for new ideas in this space!
