Warren Davidson(@Rep_Davidson):My American Lending Fairness Act passed committee today. ✅ It protects borrowers' freedom to shop for whatever loan works best for them, regardless of which state the lender is chartered in. It also puts state-chartered banks and credit unions on equal footing with the largest national banks. More lenders competing for business means better rates for borrowers. I urge my colleagues to support it, and look forward to a full House vote.
