with onchain heating up, now seems like the perfect time for a novel onchain game
as with anything we do, it'll be high quality, well thought out and have our unique twist on what we think a farming sim should look like

this is a great breakdown on why we made some of the decisions we did
weekly pools were mostly because the abs incentive system was on a weekly basis
but we understood that degens needed instant gratification too, which is why we introduced the blessing system
these work together to create a rewarding experience where all playertypes (whales, smaller players, weekly optimizers, bAXS grinders, blessing chasers) can play for their goals
but i also acknowledge our system isn't perfect. We're working on retention tools and more interesting reward structures to cater for even more players
> think of game idea in shower
> fill out details and format using claude
> tell linear ai bot to create ticket for idea
> write code using codex
> get code reviewed by coderabbit
> deploy to production
what an incredible time to be building games
we knew from day 1 that our architecture was not great for scaling
BUT
it allowed us to move MUCH faster early on in the development process.
up to $500-$700 in server bills, we were just eat the cost as it was not worth the trouble to migrate.
$2MM in volume and over half a million runs later, we're finally paying off this tech debt in order to hit our ambitious scaling goals

My quantitative.
My math specialist. Look at him, you notice anything different about him?
Look at his face. Look at his eyes, I'll give you a hint, his name is Beanie.
He won a national math competition in China!
He doesn't even speak English!
Yeah I'm sure of the math.
