It’s so funny that people in colorado are stressed about water rights and so many of them just like don’t get tech like this exists now Need more water? Simply pull more water over yonder via the clouds no fixed infra needed. Amazing.

Someday someone’s gonna run the pelican bicycle test on a new model and it’s just gonna come out as the most beautiful full length feature film anyone has ever seen that brings the whole world to tears and solves poverty and cures disease. An SVG file btw. Probably like by February at the rate things are going lol

I’m getting like 10-20 new followers like this a day which is really absolutely sending my potential reach since an RT from any one of them potentially 10x’s my organic distribution How did they get so many followers? Who built them?

thanks crypto bot! Hey btw is anyone else getting mad follows lately from crypto reply bots that have 50-100k followers? And who on earth follows these guys? Very interesting architecture but they’re prompts aren’t varried enough, they give away that they’re bots by moving in swarms, they all reply with the same sentiment on most tweets

@SteveMoraco That consistency is seriously impressive.
“Overtaking NASA and the pentagon” lol
Customer B has been revealed. Anthropic is SpaceX's largest single customer, overtaking NASA and the Pentagon for the first time. 34.5% of SpaceX's revenue last quarter was from compute-as-a-service to Dario Amodei, and Anthropic has committed to spending up to $120.5 billion through 2029. He will be paying Elon $3.1 billion a month starting in December 2026.

it’s really true. Astra has something about them that you don’t get with the others. another interesting note (imho) is that having 6 Astra + Opus 5.5 collaborate produces a *completely* different experience than 6.1 Sol + Opus. I think Astra just has a more creative mind that resonates with Opus better. Idk, but I will say…it’s a magical experience watching those two collab.

I’m sorry a new round of what is what now?
Heads-up: New round of Apple Threat Notifications is going out right now, distinct from the August wave and tied to new attacks! Apple’s notice: “Today’s notification is being sent to targeted users in 99 countries, and to date we have notified users in over 150 countries in total. The extreme cost, sophistication, and worldwide nature of mercenary spyware attacks make them some of the most advanced digital threats in existence today. As a result, Apple does not attribute the attacks or the notice you’re receiving to any specific attackers or geographical regions.” Received one and need help? DM me, happy to assist.

bottom line: “your money” is an idea everyone agrees on, not cryptography and math as you were promised Just fyi
I want to speak to you directly about what happened. Bottom line - your money is safe, and we're covering every loss. Our initial investigation suggests this security incident may have started with a compromised DevOps engineer's laptop. That gave an attacker access to a service container, where they submitted unauthorized withdrawal transactions. To be clear: the attacker did not simply use one engineer's permissions, and this was not a single "one-click" action. It involved a more complex attack process. Our investigation has not attributed responsibility to any individual. So far, we have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We'll share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and every fact is verified - and publish an updated Proof of Reserves once remediation is complete. What you need to know: • Your funds are safe • Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and company funds • Estimated total impact: ~$6.3B, with ~$3B frozen on-chain so far, in coordination with our blockchain partners • No evidence of any wallet private key leak • Deposits are unaffected and operating as normal What we've done: • Temporarily suspended withdrawals while we complete a security revamp of the withdrawal service and its related addresses • Revoked the affected address authorizations • Engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds Our team hasn't stopped. We're working closely with law enforcement to ensure the matter is handled appropriately - and I'll share what I can, as soon as I can.

them: I wish the robots could do my laundry Binance hacker with $6b of stolen funds: hold my beer
Our investigators are observing never-seen-before laundering patterns with the stolen funds from the Binance exploit. Thousands of transactions in a short period suggest that the attackers are using automation to obscure the trail of funds. Rather than simply moving funds onward, they repeatedly circulate them among addresses, often sending funds back to addresses involved earlier in the sequence. Read more:

Finally
Compaction is a mistake. When an agent's context fills up, tools like Codex and Claude Code compact it: 1. The model prefills the entire session again 2. It writes a summary of everything so far 3. A new session starts from that summary I measured this on a real ~400k-token session with Opus 5.5: → 38 s and $1.99 when the prompt cache has expired → 29 s and $0.17 when it hasn't And the summary is lossy. The exact error message, the file path, the one number you needed is often gone. So I do something new for Mainplane Context retrieval works the other way around. Mainplane keeps the full record of every session as a file. When the context fills up, a new session starts right away with one instruction: "You are continuing session X. Retrieve key context from it as you go." The agent searches the old session and copies the exact lines it needs, when it needs them. Same session, same model: 15 s and $0.10 to get back to work. It does not depend on a cache hit, and nothing is paraphrased. This is the bitter lesson applied to agent memory. Don't hand-design what the model should remember. Give it the full record and good tools, and let it decide. Mainplane is open source (MIT). Link in the first comment.

tbh it is kind of cool that good news or bad news kind of no matter what it’s possible for those who are paying attention to pretty easily and accurately call the future about 2 weeks out Pretty remarkable level of foresight as a general utility available to everyone basically for free

The ranking members of the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees have written a letter to President Trump asking whether he has been soliciting advice from Grok in order to help carry out his official duties as President of the United States. They also demanded that he preserve any prompts sent to Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, as well as outputs in response to those prompts, that were 'submitted to AI chatbots in carrying out your constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties.' The letter was provided by Politico.

Cryptocurrency is like the technical heat shield for society. It’s a big pile of money that attackers will burn before they go after everything else we care about.
