A decade ago, @Apple was the most valuable company in the world, and at $600B, it was still worth well less than $1T. I remember thinking no company would ever eclipse $1T. But Apple first crossed the trillion-dollar threshold in 2018, and it was a small group for awhile. Now it's climbed to 12 tech companies in this club. And more are coming as the frontier labs get ready to go public. The ceiling on what a technology company can be worth has continued to increase. Today, @Nvidia tops the list at approximately $5.3T, with @Apple and @Google not too far behind. When will the first company hit $10T? Which company will get there first? Will we see a $20T company a decade from now in 2036? With AI growing so rapidly in a seemingly enormous market, these milestones no longer seem improbable to me.
