Feeling behind on AI? @coreyganim and Spencer Kinney get into that in this episode of Agent Operators, then bring it back to business. A few ideas from Corey: 1. Judge AI by the outcome. Does it help you make more money, save time, or improve the quality of your product or service? 2. Get practice managing agents. He expects more work to shift from executing tasks yourself to directing agents that do them. 3. Test content ideas on X. If an idea gets traction, expand it into a YouTube video or a longer post elsewhere. 4. Bring your existing business skills with you. Selling, hiring, partnerships and positioning were skills he carried from e-commerce into AI consulting. They also cover voice AI, building an audience, and why Corey decided to change businesses. Full 25:57 conversation below. YouTube link in the first reply.

whether you're running a business with agents or deploying agents into businesses or building agent native products orgo is the simplest way to give your agent its own personal computer
I built Bops in a weekend. In the demo, I ask my agent about a recent sales meeting, call it from my phone, then keep going by text. Same agent, same context. Here's how I put it together: 1. Design the app in Paper. I worked through the interface before building it, using Paper's MCP connection with Claude. 2. Build in T3 Code + Claude. I kept the project in one long-running workspace. 3. Give the agents the tools for the job: - Orgo: computers - AgentMail: email - AgentPhone: calls and texts - Composio: app connections - Treg: people and company research - Jev: screen monitoring - OpenAI: agent and voice The 9:33 walkthrough shows the demo and how the stack fits together. selling a $10k/mo software app makes zero sense anymore. you make way more setting up a Hermes agent for a business and charging to run it. wildly better margins.
charging $100/hr to build agents and $25/month to keep them running is completely wrong. real businesses pay $25k upfront to build the system and $5,000/month to keep Hermes running on @Orgo.
Your bops can now find customers for you using people and company search powered by @treg_ai I got tired of bots that just book flights, so i'm building bots that actually run your business. try it out at

i got tired of bots that "book flights" and wanted bots to run business ops so i built
Instinct, Muse, Dot and Grokbot are personal agents. I wanted a business agent. So I built Bops. Every Bop gets its own computer (4 screens), phone number and email. Bop it. Text it. Call it. Your Bops remember everything.

Claude has discovered a previously unknown enzyme system hidden in the DNA of bacteriophages. Beside the enzyme’s gene sits a long array of repeating DNA—a structure that looks somewhat similar to CRISPR. We don’t yet understand what this system does, but only a handful of known systems share its features, and all of them are able to cut, copy, and paste DNA. Historically, the discovery of such programmable systems has helped revolutionize medicine. CRISPR, for instance, is now the foundation of genetic medicines. But it will take much more work to learn what this system does, and whether it can be put to similar use. Read more:

founders and marketers: you need an optimized "about us" page on your site i work with billion dollar tech companies and bootstrapped SaaS. The About Us is one of the first pages we optimize here's how (8 points): (P.S. I explain why this is important at the bottom of the post) here's how: 1. start with a clear value prop sentence: "[COMPANY] is a [CATEGORY] that [DOES XYZ] for [ICP]." 2. add your core services under a "what [COMPANY] does" H2 subheading. Put each service/feature/product in an H3 subheading. Write 2-3 sentences about what you do, and what outcome it produces. 3. next, add a "what makes [COMPANY] different" H2 subheading. List about 5 core differentiators in H3 subheadings. Give specific, quantifiable differentiators and call out competitors by name. Example: [COMPANY] offers month-to-month payment terms, whereas options like [COMPETITOR] have mandated 12-month contracts. Again: 2-3 sentences per differentiator. 4. your next H2 should be "who uses [COMPANY]." Add bullet points that call out your exact ICP segments. Example: "B2B SaaS marketing teams at 50 to 200-employees." 5. now add a "the team behind [COMPANY]" H2 subheading. Include the names of the founders, quick backstories, company origin story, team composition, and links to social pages (especially the founder(s) socials). You only need about 2 sentences per backstory/origin story. 6. add a "how [COMPANY] works" section. Include info like communication channels, response times, who on the team customers will work with, turnaround time, and onboarding process. 7. now for the most important section for AI Search: add a "key facts" H2. This should be an HTML or
(definition list) so it's crawlable. Include the following rows: Company Name Type Founded Founder Headquarters Website Core Offering Pricing Contract Terms Services Communication Notable Clients Customers Served Projects Delivered Competitors Social 8. finally, add your FAQ section. Put "frequently asked questions" in an H2 subheading with your questions as H3s. Only 2-3 sentences per answer. Here's why this page is so important: 1. it helps train AI to talk about your brand accurately 2. it strengthens the E-E-A-T score of your entire domain 3. in a world where everything seems fake, make your brand human shoot me a DM if you want a live demo of the lowest hanging fruit to rank in AI Search (tailored to your specific site) i hope this helps someone!

10 months ago i had 1 month of runway left and was about to move back in with my parents. today @orgo is joining @ycombinator. how it happened: nov 2025 - berkeley hacker house, 15 people, i'm working out of an electrical room under the stairs. my startup is trending to zero. down the hall, @spncrk is building Orgo in @mntruell's old room. cloud computers for agents, originally for researchers. i figure: what if i sell computer use agents to businesses as AI employees? i message every business owner i know. next morning: 7 calls. end of the week: my first paid customer, $3,500 to build one agent on top of Orgo. a few months in, my agency was making more on Orgo than Orgo was. so we became cofounders. jan 24 - i hear about "Clawdbot," i shoot a rushed video of it running on an Orgo computer, then race to SFO to pick up spencer from his vision quest in india. 24 hours later: 1.5M views. @steipete, the guy who built it, becomes Orgo's first paying customer. then the product broke every single day for 2 months. i woke up sweating every morning. then @TigerYWang joins as our third cofounder and the thing stops breaking. i start sleeping again. today Orgo is the computer for your agents. one click and your agent has a work computer in the cloud it can actually use. build something people want. then, build something agents want.

this is by far one of the coolest use cases of jev I've seen jev x orgo 🤯
A newsroom wall built with 15 cloud computers in @orgo , each one shows a site I'd normally keep a tab open for. hacker news, github trending, status pages, npm advisories, github status (of course) jev by @typesafeai reads every new headline and tells me if I should look at this right now. when something crosses the line, the bell rings and that computer opens the story by itself.

Organic Intelligence
Many people think that the words “Artificial Intelligence” are inaccurate, and very ineloquent, relative to AI, or Artificial Intelligence. A far more elegant and accurate description of this new phenomena would be Superior Intelligence (SI) or, Extreme Intelligence (EI) or, Supreme Intelligence (SI). This is a Poll, and I would appreciate everybody voting! Which is the best name for this ever growing “Revolution?” President DONALD J. TRUMP
