Last Friday, I visited our flagship campus Helios in West Texas. Three years ago, this was still a bitcoin mining facility. Today Helios is a fully operational AI-ready campus with 133MW of critical IT capacity, and we’re just getting started! @galaxyhq is taking a big swing out here, and so is America. The move to build an AI future for this country is real, and none of it happens without the physical infrastructure. It starts with power, land, and hard-working people willing to put in the work to build a new future. Our partnership with @TechAthletics with Galaxy Stadium is part of investing in the local community and workforce pipeline right here in Texas. Guns up!!

Our economy doesn’t work without immigration. We need at least 1.5-2mm new immigrants a year to create taxpayers and consumers to help us grow our way out of 40th in debt and to pay for an aging population. This isn’t political. It’s just math. We of course can decide what immigrants we take. From where, what educational level, wealth etc. that’s political. But the fact that we need them isn’t.

At this point, I am fine with shutting down all immigration, legal or not. It's a mess.

Govt feels broken. 18 months of work between our industry, dems and republicans and Clarity falls apart on the 5 yard line. All the issues got to a hard fought compromise other than one. On Ethics both sides dug in and decided their stance was more important than the long run good of a major industry and our countries chance to lead it. Republicans were afraid of putting real limits on a President’s ability to profit from digital assets. Dems decided that this one industry is where they would fight a corruption battle. They were scared to be seen doing anything that could be perceived as being soft on the President. There had been a bi-partisan proposal that would have worked but it got hi-jacked in the politics of it all. I am very disappointed that neither side could find a way to cross that chasm. I know there is an election in 7 weeks and that dominated the actions of both sides. What is crazy is the I honestly don’t believe crypto and this bill will be a top 10 issue in this election. It was in 2024 but this year will be about the war, inflation, affordability, Ai , immigration and what party has a better answer to those questions. I do have faith that the SEC and CFTC will drive on with rules for the road and hopefully in time congress will find a way to memorialize them so people can have a longer term confidence in how digital assets will be treated in the US. Maybe Mitch McConnell coming back in a wheel chair after 90 days was s comic signs to amplify how broken Congress is. We go back to work tomorrow. And continue building.

When I say both sides I mean it. The R’s have at least 4 holdouts right now. Probably more.
What is clear to me is that if Clarity doesn’t advance tommorrow we probably won’t get crypto regulation for a long, long time - if ever. This would be terrible for USA and force more of our industry off shore. The digital and blockchain revolution will go on. Two more years of an SEC and CFTC to set rules and allow businesses to get started. But a longer term uncertainty which isn’t good. Asking Senators on both sides to see the big picture.

Love that we are making progress. Would be awesome to see the Congress prove themselves a functioning body!!!
📜 new CLARITY act text dropped last night. two big things stand out: the ethics sunset has been deleted entirely. the ban is now permanent, broader, and enforceable by state AGs and what appears to be a big compromise on BRCA.. all refs to 18 USC 1960 are GONE

Clarity isn’t dead!! Lots of negotiating over the weekend. My instinct is the bill makes it to the floor. It all depends on if we get the White House to move on ethics to see if we get a law.

I don’t like him😂. Decentralized blockchains are part of the defense against us losing our privacy!
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Flock CEO says Americans must "compromise" on their privacy.
“I was an A economist and a B- writer. Of course I use Ai”👋🏽😂
Lots of prominent ppl have had op-eds shaped or outright written by staff, comms ppl, ghostwriters, etc So not sure AI changes the underlying thing that much. If anything, might make the process more honest… Druckenmiller’s ideas, AI’s prose, and everyone knows it

Great conversation yesterday at the Wyoming Blockchain Symposium hosted by @SALTConference with @Scaramucci and @DenelleDixon on all things markets, including where crypto is headed and why this moment matters. Tokenization and stablecoins will give billions of people worldwide greater access to US markets and the dollar. Our policymakers should seize the chance to advance America’s global financial leadership.

Galaxy has been selected by @MorganStanley Investment Management as an approved validator to power staking for two new digital asset ETPs: Morgan Stanley Ethereum Trust (MSSE) and Morgan Stanley Solana Trust (MSOL). Both products aim to track the performance of ETH and SOL, and each intends to stake a portion of its holdings through institutional validators, passing staking rewards back to shareholders through regular distributions.

Wyoming has played an important role in shaping the US approach to digital assets, and the Symposium brings together some of the sharpest people in the space: builders, policymakers, and investors all in one room to talk about where things go from here. Looking forward to the conversation!

We’re pleased to see @galaxyhq recognized by Governor @GregAbbott_TX among the companies committed to meeting Texas’ data center standards. We agree that reliable power, protected ratepayers, responsible use of water, and a strong focus on mitigating the impact on daily life for neighboring residential property owners and communities are the right priorities. These are the ideals $GLXY built Helios around from day one: we fund our own grid infrastructure, use closed-loop cooling that minimizes water consumption, and we're proud to be Dickens County's largest employer and taxpayer. We look forward to working further with the Governor’s administration to support responsible and transparent data center development across Texas.

This is getting scary. As a country we need to turn this around. Sec Bessent was correct in targeting 3-3-3. Unfortunately we aren’t even close to that. War doesn’t help. A Congress that never says “no” doesn’t help. At one point t the bond market will force fiscal discipline. Inflation across so many sectors over the past 10 years is directly correlated to this massive increase in debt. Incumbents on both sides will feel this in the mid terms. It’s the govts inability to deal with its spending addiction that keeps me bullish BTC even in a year where the energy in the crypto space is low.

July: The Federal Government took in $334 billion and spent $766 billion. That's a $432 billion deficit in just one month. Don't try this at home.
Texas has led the nation in tech and energy for a reason, and keeping the grid reliable as demand grows is exactly the right focus. I support @GregAbbott_TX directive on data center vetting. At Helios, we've built around reliability, ratepayer protection, and being a real neighbor from day one. Ready to work with the Governor and state regulators to get this right for Texas.
