In a room full of 500 high net worth individuals today, I asked how many people would buy US Treasuries.
Less than 10 raised their hands.
Small caps completing a small top this morning.

Not a big monthly candles guy, but hard to not notice the highest monthly close for XOP since June 2015
Back above the 50-day, and with the S&P 500 holding support, this pattern in QQQ suddenly got a lot more interesting
That's a "Whopper" of a base
The American industrial renaissance (i.e., a bunch of small-cap industrial data center plays) is not looking great here
