there are a lot of tools to help developers be more productive with AI, but ramping the rest of the workforce is still a major challenge
you need built-in context, skills AND access to systems of record. handing out thousands of API keys is a recipe for disaster
this is where what we built is truly unique because it has a built-in governance model that makes it easy to delegate existing permissions and narrowly scope them for the particular task
and because it's open-source, you can customize it to fit your orgs needs. the reason everyone seems to be building one of these is: one size fits all doesn't cut it for something that every employee needs to touch

As @ritakozlov has spoken about during our investor day, there is not enough compute on earth to give every agent its own container. We are making it easier to start in lightweight @Cloudflare Workers / Durable Object and let the agent to seemless upgrade to a container
npm install @cloudflare/computer
This will give you agent a filesystem and it picks where each command runs. Isolate for file edits, git, data processing. Container when it needs npm or a native binary. Same files either way, kept in sync.

When @Replicate joined @Cloudflare, one of the things I was most excited about was gaining access to the breadth of Cloudflare’s platform: infra, layers of capability, and the collective expertise (genius, really) behind it.
Over the past 36 hours, I’ve seen all of that in action. It’s been impressive to watch, and it’s everything I hoped it would be.
