I submitted my talk for Cloudflare Connect but it got declined. This would have been my card though... pretty cool. Come to Connect in SF October 19-21 to listen and talk with the people & companies building the Internet at a ridiculously fast pace.

Opening the Cloudflare dashboard feels like a hardware store. Everything looks useful. Easy to pick a product first and invent a problem for it. I start with a real problem, then use the smallest piece that removes it.

ICYMI, we enabled node modules by default for workers back in august. no more esoteric errors when using packages or frameworks, just good ol' node API support but here's more! today we introduce the new_module_registry flag, giving you access to:

in many ways, workers started out as its own little startup within @cloudflare. it was very fun to get to sit down with @jlengstorf (on a lamborghini in miami no less) and tell that story! and of course, i wasn’t alone on that journey — @KentonVarda’s vision, rethinking compute in the cloud was what started it all. and @dok2001’s leadership in ETI helped us stay on the right track and make sure we stayed customer focused, doing things that didn’t scale until… they did! honestly many companies would have killed the project or tried to find a shortcut to success and abandoned it in favor of short term revenue. of course @eastdakota being a student of disruption and clay christensen has given workers the runway to meet the moment that’s happening today with agents (and wildly enough predicted that it would take 10 years, which it did, almost on the dot!) please watch and thanks @clerk @jlengstorf for having me!
