If an autistic person gives you far more detail than you expected, it usually isn't because they think you don't understand. It's because those are the kinds of explanations they would appreciate receiving themselves.
Many things neurotypical people assume are obvious aren't automatically obvious to autistic people. Because of that, autistic people often explain details that others leave unsaid, simply because those details are the ones they would personally need to fully understand what's being communicated.

worst thing a fanfic author can do is never updating or publishing there fics, Publishing is scary... ok. I get it. But I believe countless good fics never see the light of day because of that fear. And today, there's an extra fear: being accused of using AI.
