NEW: @MoneyGram launches Ramps on @Solana, a single API for cash-to-crypto and crypto-to-cash conversion. This lets developers connect to MoneyGram's network, so they don't have to build their own banking infrastructure or navigate each market's regulatory requirements. When we spoke with MoneyGram CEO @AnthonySoohoo on @_TalkingTokens last month, he shared that helping crypto-native users off-ramp is a core part of what MoneyGram is building: "For folks that are already crypto-native, [we're] giving those customers the ability to off-ramp because even for them, outside of trading, they're going to want the ability to convert it back to cash." "We have built a very robust compliance and KYC framework and platform that anyone can basically plug into."

NEW: @BlackRock launches tokenized share classes for select European money market funds. The firm plans to tokenize share classes of its European Institutional Cash Series money market funds onto @Ethereum, using Kinexys by J.P. Morgan as the translation layer between onchain activity and the traditional fund registers. RLUSD market cap has more than doubled over the past year to $1.52B, with 57.7% of supply issued on the XRP Ledger. When @Ripple's SVP of Stablecoins @_JackMcDonald_ spoke with us last July, RLUSD stood just under $700M. He framed issuance as a driver of ledger activity, as every mint and transfer of RLUSD consumes XRP as the network's native gas token. With the launch of Ripple Mint, institutions now have a direct path to mint, redeem, and bridge RLUSD.
