30-Day Challenge I fall asleep with a Neville Goddard meditation playing in the background. I can’t prove causation, but I noticed something too consistent to ignore: The days after I remembered to play it often became some of my biggest winning days. And I mean big. Maybe it changed my mindset. Maybe it affected how I processed risk, conviction, and opportunity. Maybe it simply helped me wake up operating from a better internal state. Whatever it was, it moved the needle enough that I bought a Cube and automated the entire routine so I would never forget again. Here’s my challenge: Play this every night for 30 days and pay attention to what changes. Your trading. Your decisions. Your confidence. Your discipline. Your life outside the market. Then come back and tell me what happened. This is outside-the-box shit, but I love anything that might contribute to a breakthrough. You would be doing yourself a disservice by dismissing it without trying it. I hope it helps create a few breakthrough days for you too.

Anytime I see someone coming at @toritrades for trading with trend lines, I laugh. I don’t know what course she sells, what she charges for it, or whether it’s worth buying. I don’t get a commission, and I don’t really give a shit. This isn’t an endorsement of her business. It’s an endorsement of the tool everyone keeps mocking. Trend lines are responsible for roughly 50% of the results you’ve seen me produce. Go back through the last 10 years of price action. If you know how to draw trend lines and, more importantly, have defined rules behind how you draw them, nearly every major bottom will have some relationship to one. The problem isn’t trend lines. The problem is drawing them arbitrarily, having no system behind them, and then blaming the tool when your crayon doesn’t predict the future. Tori and I may not draw them the same way. We may have completely different rules. But I want to make one thing clear: A systematic approach to trend lines is responsible for half of what you’ve watched me accomplish. So keep talking shit about Tori and her trend lines. The people who understand them will keep laughing all the way to the bank. #DayTrading# #FuturesTrading# #TrendLines# #TechnicalAnalysis# #MarketStructure# #TradingEducation#

Black Swan Event/Extended Selling takes us to 250
Most traders say Market Structure is part of their strategy. Then they build every candle around the clock. 15M. 30M. 4HR. NQ trades nearly 23 hours a day. RTH accounts for only 6.5 of those hours, yet historically carries the majority of the daily volume. That leaves roughly 16.5 overnight hours, often trading with thinner participation and more balance. Yes, the overnight session has offered some excellent opportunities lately. But should a 15-minute candle at 3:00 AM carry the same structural weight as a 15-minute candle after the opening bell? A time-based candle closes because the clock ran out, whether 50 contracts traded or 5,000. A non-time-based candle closes only after a fixed amount of participation takes place. Why judge every candle by how much time passed when participation may tell us more about how the auction actually developed? I don’t use time-based charts for intraday trading. Non-time-based charts stop assigning equal visual weight to unequal participation. The market doesn’t create structure because a timer hit zero. Same market. Different lens. Maybe it’s time to look beyond time. I might be Greek, but I don’t think I’m Socrates. If you see me post something like this, it’s because the lesson was pivotal in my journey as a trader and I believe it could change yours too. #DayTrading# #FuturesTrading# #MarketStructure# #OrderFlow# #VolumeCharts# #NQFutures#

Thank you for writing this and for sharing your story in that video. I watched it carefully because the personal side was painfully relatable. Cancer and terminal illness took both of my parents within five years. My mother was diagnosed one month after my son was born. She had stayed with us during his first month, helping two new parents navigate a fragile situation. Then her own fight began. For two years, I watched her wither away until she was almost unrecognizable. My father mentally died the day we lost her, although he remained here physically for another four years. His final decline happened frighteningly fast. He appeared physically healthy, and then within three months, he was gone. That was this past January. He was supposed to move to Miami with me. He never made it. His physical decline was terrifying, but watching him disappear mentally after losing my mother was worse. When they were both gone, so was I for a while. The idea of losing both parents and being the only parent for a child makes you think all sorts of shit in the event something happens to you. I was still relatively new to trading. I had not lived through enough market cycles to understand what grief could do to my decision-making. I went on what felt like a permanent mission to destroy everything I had built. Luckily, and honestly to my surprise, almost all of what I do as a trader could be coded. If grief could no longer be trusted with discretion, I would build guardrails it couldn’t override. Once I made it through the panic attacks and depression, I pulled Operation Hail Mary. Back against the wall. Come back stronger. Automate what emotion could destroy. Make sure that no matter what loss came next, what was taken from me, or who left, nothing would ever break me that way again. My father came to America from Greece in 1968 with a suitcase filled mostly with underwear and a winter jacket that was stolen within his first week. My mother followed two years later. He started as a dishwasher. Then he became a busboy. Then a waiter. Eventually, he bought the business and the building. The real American Dream. We were never rich, but we never went without. Then, in 2010, an arsonist set the building on fire. Five people lost their lives. In one night, nearly everything my parents had spent 40 years building was destroyed. That was when I stepped in, bought John’s Deli, and took responsibility for caring for them. So when you talk about watching the people closest to you deteriorate in real time, regretting the time you could never get back, and realizing that money is only a vehicle for freedom, I understand. Why are we talking about this in a trading post? Because people see traders holding $1 million, $2 million, or $3 million payout records and have no idea what the road there looked like. They see the payout. They don’t see the funerals, panic attacks, depression, responsibility, sacrifice, or the days spent trying not to destroy everything you built. I have never fought harder for anything in my life except my son. The payout was never the final destination. It was supposed to buy back time, protect my family, and make sure the sacrifices of the people who came before me meant something. I would trade every dollar for one more day with them too. Thank you for seeing me. Thank you for sharing the part people usually hide. I hope my parents are proud. I know yours are too. Now that we’ve gotten the heavy stuff off our chests, and our stories seem to have touched a hell of a lot of people tonight, let’s get back to the program and do what we do best. Thank you. Truly.

When John hit his $2M+ Apex payout I had reached out via DMs. He told me about his divorce and needing to parent his child alone.. but didn't mention anything about losing both his parents. I'm not sure if it's the same for him... But I lost both my parents to cancer over the course of two decades.. most of my adult life I've had to deal with watching two of the closest people to me deteriorate in real time... both being terminally diagnosed. There's something about losing people close to you that REALLY puts things into perspective quickly. As a trader, this sent me into a whole different realm. I no longer wanted to make money. I wanted to buy back my TIME. Money and financial freedom just becomes that vehicle. I stopped caring so much about the P&L... and what that P&L actually resulted in.. More time to spend on your own terms. My biggest regret will always be not taking trading seriously enough during those years to be ABLE to spend more time with my father. I would trade the $2M+ payout for just 1 more day with him... no questions asked. So it begs the question... What are you really trading for? When that becomes very clear, you stop caring so much about every win and loss.. and start following your process with structure and discipline. Cheers @_JohnAndreas I'm sure your parents are proud.

Two years ago, I watched Rips on TopstepTV and looked up to him. I had been trading for about a year. I had made my first $100,000 with Topstep, earned an invitation onto TopstepTV, and was beginning to believe I might actually belong in this industry. Of everyone on that network, Rips was the trader I respected. Today, he called me a legend. He told his audience to follow me and said: “I don’t follow a lot of people. I follow him.” That moment hit harder than he probably realizes. Because he knows the headline: $2.2 million across 13 accounts in 16 trading days. He did not know everything behind it. At the time, I was going through an awful divorce. My mother had died. My father was suffering from severe depression. He could barely get out of bed or eat. I had full custody of my four-year-old son and was raising him alone while his mother slowly faded from his life. I was simultaneously taking care of my 77-year-old father that recently passed, God rest his soul, and trying to accomplish things that to most seemed impossible. I was grieving the loss of my marriage, my mother, and, in many ways, my father, while carrying the complete responsibility of raising another human being alone, being both mother and father to him. Still, I gathered whatever strength I had left for one final run. The run that was going to change the rest of my life. I had made a discovery in Order Flow. I believed I had reverse-engineered the mechanics behind one of the most widely used concepts in trading: the fair value gap. Instead of treating it as a zone, I reduced it to one precise price. I tested it. I passed 13 accounts. Then I traded green for 16 consecutive days and produced $2.2 million in account profits. I wasn’t trying to participate. I was trying to become number one, build a name, and change my son’s life. What came next felt like psychological warfare. The first payout denial cited risk management. I took a $500,000 haircut and kept going. Two more weeks. Come back for double. Another payout request. Another denial. Another quarter-million to half-million-dollar haircut. Come back for double. The cycle repeated while I worked my way through seemingly every denial in the Rolodex. For months, I stared at numbers that could have changed our lives while being unable to access them. I had put everything into that run. There were nights when I wondered whether my son would be better off without me and whether my life was worth living. I came frighteningly close to giving up on life, not just trading. Then I watched a blatant confession about using these same mechanics to see whether traders would break, as though it were simply part of the playbook. I cannot describe what hearing that did to me. There were trading days when I said to myself: “Fuck it. Let’s blow the accounts.” I remember literally slapping the shit out of myself. Slapping that thought out of my head and forcing myself to keep fighting. So I kept fighting. I contacted every major trader and affiliate I could find. Almost nobody responded. @kellyanntrades was the only person who cared enough to point me in the right direction. I will be forever grateful to her and the work she has done for this community. She didn’t just help me. Without knowing it, she helped save my life. I survived the divorce. I survived the grief. I survived being broke and bleeding tens of thousands of dollars to divorce attorneys every month while staring at millions I couldn’t touch. I survived my own mind. And two years later, one of the traders I looked up to told thousands of people that I was a legend. I’m not writing this because I think I’m one. I’m writing it for the person who put everything into one final run and is beginning to believe it was all for nothing. It may not be over. Do not let one company, one denial, one failure, or one season of your life convince you that you are finished. Keep going. Sometimes the person you look up to eventually looks across the room and recognizes you. Thank you, Rips. This one meant more than the payout itself. And to the struggling trader who may not have thousands of dollars to invest in education: In my humble opinion, Rips has earned his place at the top. He can provide more value in 15 minutes of streaming than many people deliver in an entire paid course. The fact that he gives it away for free is almost absurd. Real recognizes real. #LevelsToThis#

I sent this to @RIPS and my group last night. Unfortunately, Ive been exhausted getting the new members Sierra set up and I passed out in the middle of the trade. I knew once I closed my eyes I done fucked up 😂 At least the members had a f'n Picasso map for the overnight. I wasn't trying to beat my competitor, was looking for that #1# spot, but I have to say some very impressive traders in this competition. Hats off to you. Thank you so much for the shot out on the stream and for your kind words, that meant the world bro. Thanks again. #FuturesTrading# #Picasso#

Trending days are my kryptonite. They’ll fuck me with zero lubricant 7 out of 10 times. I know it. I own it. I’m working on it. Chop and balance? That’s where I eat. I’m primarily a mean-reversion trader. Marina is almost the exact opposite. She thrives in trend and struggles in the environments where I’m at my best. And I trained her. Good mentorship isn’t about creating a clone. It’s about helping someone discover and develop their own edge. That’s exactly why we work so well together. One trader’s kryptonite is another trader’s playground. Your edge is bigger than an entry setup. It’s knowing your environment. Knowing your strengths. Knowing when to press. And knowing when to get the fuck out of the way. Luckily, I spent most of today setting up Sierra Chart and indicators for my members. Otherwise, today probably would’ve bent me over. Meanwhile, my timeline is full of self-fellating ICT wizards posting shit like: “If your mentor didn’t teach you how to catch this move, fire him.” 🧙‍♂️ Relax, Merlin. One trending session doesn’t validate your entire strategy, and struggling during it doesn’t invalidate someone else’s. Markets don’t grade your mentor on one trend day. So, if you struggled today, stop beating yourself up. Maybe your strategy didn’t fail. Maybe you brought a knife to a gunfight. Stop trying to trade every market the same way. Know your environment. Know your strengths. Know yourself. #FuturesTrading# #NQ# #MarketStructure# #TraderPsychology#
