my job is pretty much:
1) sharing with people what is fun to make + what is necessary to keep us alive (marketing/ educating on ideas + company)
2) share how humans are structuring themselves around their missions (company + team structure + titles)
3) give people frameworks for representing themselves to find the right mission (candidate education + study of present networks/ society organization)
4) using all resources available to route them where they need to be based on their strengths (tools + defining their role on a team and in a mission)

fyi for job searchers, most high growth startups have a ton of jobs that are unlisted. if theres a startup you’re interested in and a role you believe they need, highly recommend cold pitching to the team leads directly as they may very well just not have the bandwidth to publish the jd yet.
