The shamed ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan has been removed from office after the court's own member states voted him out over alleged serious sexual misconduct. This is the same man who, in an attempt to divert attention from his sex crimes, pushed baseless arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant — for daring to defend the country after Hamas's October 7 massacre. Khan's "justice" was always selective: rushing to criminalize Israel's self-defense while the real war criminals of Hamas hide behind civilians. Now, with his own scandals exposed, his corrupt case against Netanyahu and Galant is exposed as illegitimate. The ICC's credibility is in the gutter. Time to close this kangaroo court.

ICYMI, There is/was never a genocide in Gaza. The opposite actually, one side (Israel) vaccinating, feeding, helping with all services (medical, drinking water, power) while taking extraordinary steps to protect civilians in the worst urban warfare scenario arguably ever seen and the other side (Hamas) doing everything it can to get civilians killed, stealing food, targeting civilians that do not do their demands.

The Prime Minister’s Office: The ICC is a kangaroo court that has no jurisdiction over Americans or Israelis. Its bogus arrest warrant against Prime Minister Netanyahu was issued by a disgraced former ICC Prosecutor, Karim Khan, a few days before allegations of sexual misconduct against him became public. It was a clear attempt by Khan to divert public attention and seek protection from scrutiny. Under Prime Minister Netanyahu's leadership, Israel has taken unprecedented wartime measures to minimize harm to civilians while confronting Hamas, a genocidal terrorist organization that uses Palestinians as human shields and deliberately targets innocent Israeli civilians. Instead of backing Khan's criminal behaviour, Mr. Mamdani should focus on fixing the damage his policies have caused New York. Like Karim Khan, Mamdani appears interested in diverting public attention from his follies and attacking the leader of the Jewish state and the only democracy in the Middle East.

Sara and I grieve over the passing of our dear friend, Abe Foxman, and convey our deepest condolences to his wife, Golda, and the entire Foxman family. Abe was a stalwart defender of the Jewish state and the Jewish people. As head of the ADL and in many other capacities he resolutely fought against the scourge of anti-Semitism unapologetically wherever it appeared. He was a wise and courageous champion of the Israeli-American alliance. Over the many years of our friendship, I valued from his advice and penetrating insights. I will sorely miss him.
