Reserved an uber to the airport to pick me up at 5am to get to Hartsfield by 6:15. I’m running behind and see that the driver cancelled and the new driver would arrive at 5:15 which was cool cause I wasn’t ready anyhow lol. I go outside and wait at 5:15 and she pulls up at 5:18. She pops the trunk and I load my bag. I get in and speak and she mumbles a hello. Then as I’m looking at my phone I notice her look in the rear view and then sigh. She did it like 3-4 more times.

A coworker requested leave for her honeymoon four months in advance. Approved immediately. The week before she left, her manager asked if she could "check in briefly" halfway through. She said no. He asked if she'd at least be reachable. She said she was leaving the country. He said just for emergencies. She asked him to define emergency. He never answered. Nothing was one.

Jerkface moved out last night. And then informed me that he did NOT actually transfer utilities like he said he had. I had to scramble and get stuff set up for new accounts even though my name was on all the previous accounts. This morning, he decided to revoke my access to the doorbell camera after I asked him where the manual and all the info was for transferring that access over to me. So now he has access to continue watching my house where my children are but I don’t. I hate him.

The other day I’m cutting this little biracial boy’s hair and his mom says, “Cut it really short because I HATE his curls.”
I immediately tell him, “No, your curls are beautiful.”
She says, “No, he looks raggedy because his hair is always so dry.”

A friend organized a barbecue on Saturday and asked everyone to chip in $40 for meat, drinks, and everything else.
One of our friends showed up almost three hours late.
By the time he got there, there was barely any meat left.
He ate a little, had two beers, and joked,
“I paid $40 for garlic bread.”
Everyone laughed.
The next day, he messaged the host asking for $25 back.
He said he didn’t think it was fair to pay the same amount when he arrived after almost everything was gone.

I worked with the elderly as a nurse. An entire nursing home got Covid before the vaccines. They lost almost the entire population. It spread like wildfire. After vaccines another home got hit but they had zero deaths. Anyone who got sick recovered.
These were medically compromised elderly people with co morbidities. If that doesn’t tell you the vaccine worked, then I can’t help you understand even if i used crayons.
