On this episode we give you farm to table, simple, and delicious. This Kale and Wasabi Mustard was grown on ISS over one month. We harvested several leaves and put them to the test. It might be the best meal we have cooked so far.
Thanks to the @NASA veggie team for guiding us through the growth process and providing simple skills that could help provide food for future space travel. Mark Watney would be proud.

It’s awful. I’m sorry to be blunt, and said with no offense to those who worked on it.
A lot of the recent improvements are great, but this is one of the worst changes to this platform in a long time. It is an uninspired change and there are so much better ways to display media.
The third and fourth pics in a given post are entirely lost on the timeline. Unless someone stops to swipe and see them, they are effectively lost.
Please look to Flickr’s pages for inspiration in having a dynamic and responsive way to display photos in various sizes.

Weeks like this remind me what an amazing time it is @nasa Since Monday I spent time in @NASAArtemis suits looking at displays, evaluating cabin layouts for @blueorigin & @SpaceX @ then hours underwater @NASAJohnson in @Axiom_Space suit….All before heading to @NASAKennedy for #maxpower# in a T-38 with @astro_deniz who’s flying to @Space_Station on next Soyuz. All in all I think I interacted with every current & future human spaceflight program & what struck me was as cool as hardware is, it continues to be humans that are even cooler. The teams, the dedication, the passion, the love of exploration….it’s why I come to work & why @NASAAdmin @rookisaacman is inspiring humanity to continue pushing to the moon, Mars and beyond.

As promised, @NASAJohnson’s WB-57 captured some incredible imagery during this week’s solar eclipse. Scientists will use this imagery to learn more about our nearest star! The WB is a phenomenal platform providing un-matched capabilities as a high-altitude research and as technological test-bed!

@NASAKennedy hosted members of the media this afternoon for a special announcement from @NASAAdmin, KSC leadership, and members of the United States Congress: the Max Power Aerospace Expo.
Taking place November 7–8 at the Shuttle Landing Facility, Max Power aims to showcase the best and brightest of NASA’s aircraft, spacecraft, personnel, and technologies shaping humanity’s future as the Artemis program progresses toward a permanent presence on the Moon.
There will also be special appearances from @AFThunderbirds and various DOW aircraft.
This event will be open to the general public. Very much looking forward to this.
