Spare me the pearl clutching. Chuck Schumer threatened violence against the Justices on the steps of the Supreme Court to influence the outcome of a case. Left-wing mobs attacked the Justices’ homes for months in response to a ruling, which is a federal crime. These people said nothing. Merrick Garland did nothing. One of these left-wing lunatics tried to kill Justice Kavanaugh, and got a slap on the wrist from a Biden appointee. All Jimmy is doing is publicly disagreeing with judicial rulings. It’s the most First Amendment-protected speech imaginable. Cry me a river. This is America. If you don’t like public disagreement with your judicial rulings, get off the bench.

My friend @emundz42 is an absolute patriot and her work has been historic. President Trump’s plan to unlock nuclear energy is one of the greatest policy accomplishments of any administration in memory. It is one of the building blocks for America’s reindustrialization. It took lots of unsung heroes to get it done, and Emily was one of them (alongside my good friend Austin Raynor, another great patriot). Emily expertly coordinated this policy from the top, guiding it to the finish line. It is some of the most incredible work I’ve ever seen in government. I have no doubt she will be as successful in the VC world as she was in government. Congratulations also to @CalebOrr__. He’s one of the admin’s brightest minds and will excel in his new role.

What a gruesome bait and switch. WPATH went to great lengths to convince insurance companies, doctors, and parents that its standard of care was the “settled science.” And now it’s claiming that the standard of care is worth no more than a student essay in a high school newspaper. Today, the FTC took another huge step in defense of children and parents. We have filed an enforcement action against the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) for making false and unsubstantiated claims about the safety and efficacy of medical transition procedures, and for providing to doctors the means to sell those procedures to children and parents.
