There are a lot of benchmarks out there, but this one is hard to argue with
The bot wars will become a major theme in society broadly *Everything* assumes a human-navigated web, and all the friction that implies If you've ever asked your bot to hammer restaurant reservations or DMV appointments until you get one, you have a small idea of what's coming

Bot detection & human verification will be one of the most urgent demands for businesses over the coming years. Agent swarms will suffocate every website and form; small companies and government websites are most vulnerable. There is a huge gap in the market for this right now. When we looked at what offerings were in the market to use at X, there was not a single company that brought together all the latest technologies so we had to do it all in-house.

This irrigation company 6X'd monthly invoices after a 2025 recap. But the seller is already walking away before capturing the upside. Is labor constraint the real reason? Or is there more to the story? @BillDA and @endresenheather dig in. Listen now ⬇️

Everyone hates taxes. But almost as bad as paying them is finding all the documentation - I dread it every year. My Muse agent just gathered nearly all of it from a single prompt. I'm so happy I might weep 😂 What would have taken me hours, about 90% complete, gathered in a Google Drive folder to send my accountant. Here's the prompt: "I need to gather all my 2025 tax and income documentation and send it to my accountant Derek. I typically collect tax documentation in Google Drive under the Taxes folder. You can look at the 2024 folder for a list of all the documents I gathered for last year. Then compare to see what’s already in the 2025 folder. What do I still need to pull? Reference last year’s folder, last year’s tax return, and Derek’s email to me. Grab everything you can from email, login to portals if you have to, and save it in the 2025 google drive folder." Amazing!

Muse AI continues to be very good, and I think I’ve figured out why It’s OpenClaw under the hood

Ok help me out Is Jev actually as smart as a frontier LLM under the hood? Meaning - are its classification judgements as good or better than Astra/Fable, but it just can’t write?
This shipping business does big numbers, but there's a mystery: 6,500 fully paid for cassettes, sitting empty in a warehouse. Is it just the bottom of a cyclical shipping market? Is there a new competitor, or better tech out there? Or a bigger decline that doesn't come through on the listing? @girdley, @BillDA, @thegeneralmills, and @endresenheather dig in.

It's pretty hilarious to watch software investors absolutely pulling their hair and rending their garmets over businesses being valued at 3X revenue What do you mean businesses need to be valued as a multiple of cash flows? Welcome back to reality

“Thoroughly did my research” in 2026 just means “I heard it on twitter”
A $10M deal isn't 5X harder than a $2M deal. In fact, it's easier. The bigger company is better organized. Better systems. Cleaner data. Plus bigger businesses are more stable with better employees. And every growth lever yields 5X the dollar impact. Do fewer, bigger deals.

My favorite episodes are the ones where we know the business - and it’s one I personally frequent!
$6.3M in revenue out of one building in downtown Beaufort, SC. Two restaurants. One lease. One retiring seller who may be walking away from them both... But holding onto a third restaurant up the street. That could be a problem. Plus, @BillDA eats here on vacation! He amd @thegeneralmills dig into the deal.

If you have to post AI slop, PLEASE use Chatgpt instead of Claude. Nothing more obvious or annoying on this site right now than this stupid ass "X sitting inside a Y, with a Z underneath."
If you are a supplements brand in 2026 without defensible, protectable science... You are permanently locked in a vicious and escalating CAC war, where you compete with insanely fast iterating AI-enabled teams to see who can give the highest % of your P&L to Meta.

Being a supplement brand without science is kinda like being a saas company without AI right now It’s extremely clear at this juncture that premium, science-backed products in VMS are the only way forward Yesterday Nestlé divested 7 brands that totaled $1B - including Puritan’s Pride, Nature’s Bounty, Nuun, and more. This was a portfolio Nestle spend nearly $6B acquiring in 2021. But the more interesting read is what they held onto; Pure Encapsulations and Solgar® Vitamin & Herb - both premium, science first brands that have distribution through practitioner and speciality channels Combine the macro tailwind of GLP1 and if you have a science first product that solves a real problem that americans face on these drugs, you are building a very valuable business
