The ADHD brain is basically a browser with 97 tabs open and absolutely no intention of letting you close them.
You misclick and suddenly three more tabs open. One is playing music you canโt find. Another is completely unrelated to what you were doing. Every tab makes the whole system slower.
Eventually the browser crashes, and now you need a full restart before you can function again.

I keep thinking about the idea that love is two people inspiring each other to live.
And living isnโt simply existing or making it through another day. Itโs noticing the beauty in ordinary things. Being moved by small moments. Remembering that being alive can actually be beautiful.
