We understand that some users may have experienced losses caused by insufficient market liquidity, resulting in abnormal execution prices or unexpected slippage during trading.
To address these cases, Astros will open a dedicated review and compensation process.
Users who believe they were affected may submit a review request through a Google Form (link to be provided separately).
What will happen next?

๐ธTrading records and execution data will be reviewed to determine whether losses were caused by liquidity-related execution issues or abnormal slippage.
